These regulations apply to every visitor to Sauna Aquarius Ostend. Everyone who enters the case is aware of the rules below and recognises that if they are violated, possible sanctions will be taken.

Access is denied or one is asked to leave the business at:

• persons under the age of 18. A valid identity card, driver’s license, is required.
• persons in possession and/or under the influence of drugs/alcohol, which they trade or use.
• persons without well-groomed appearances or appropriate clothing.
• people who have any kind of weapon with them.
• people who bring tension and/or aggressiveness.
• people who are noisy (inside and outside), inappropriate behaviour or provoke violence against the operator, staff, and other customers.
• people who have caused difficulties in our or other catering establishments in the past.

Access means that one complies with the following rules:

• it is strictly forbidden to bring glasses upstairs, as well as bring your own drinks. When discovering your own drink, kindly ask you to leave the business.
• it is strictly forbidden to smoke outside the space provided for this purpose.
• do not hinder and/or prevent staff from their duties.
• it is only allowed to use your mobile phone in the cloakroom. Filming/photos prohibited.
• clothing and other belongings can be stored in the lockers. Everyone is responsible for their own key.
• loss of the key means replacement of the lock. The cost of this is €20.00 and is passed on to the customer.
• sales, flyering and sampling are only possible with express permission.
• disrespectful intimacy, are not allowed.
• instructions from the staff must be followed.
• Order and cleanliness must be respected.
• Aquarius cannot be held liable for any injury, material or immaterial damage to visitors and their property, or for loss or theft.
• in situations where the house rules do not provide for it, the management decides on the measures to be taken.

Safety rules:

• 1 camera at the cash register monitors your and our safety. By entering the complex you agree to this.
• customers who leave the business are asked not to get into traffic after using alcohol.

Offerrers risk:

• a request to change their behaviour.
• a removal from Aquarius Ostend.
